Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Delta Group for Metal Industries (DG Metals) official online store. We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Our return and refund policy complies with the regulations set by the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency (CPA).
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
- The product is in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- The product has a manufacturing defect or functional issue or does not match you have ordered.
Exceptions:
- At any time, DG Metals reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if not the same conditions (packing).
- Products that have been installed, used, or modified cannot be returned
- unless they have a manufacturing defect.
- Custom-made or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
- Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable unless defective.
Refund & Exchange Process
To request a return, refund or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at (returns@deltagm.com) or call us at (+20 106 880 7990) within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and details about the issue.
- We will arrange for a pickup or guide you on how to return the item.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
- In case of exchange while you received the exact product you ordered with no manufacturing defects or mistaken order; you will have to pay a handling fee of 17 Egyptian pounds (seventeen Egyptian pounds), based on our delivery policy
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Refund Method
If your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
If payment was made via cash on delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer, store credit, or other agreed methods.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
Warranty & Defective Products
- If your product is found to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will offer a replacement or repair at no extra cost.
- Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
